10/24/2025 Dr. Antoine was great! As he injected the anesthetic he explained what he was doing, the procedure was quite easy and quite painless. I took 2-3 ibuprofen tablets on the day of the procedure and one the next day. I experienced little to no swelling. It was quite easy. Kenneth Spaulding Google
10/03/2025 On Tuesday, 9/30/25, I took my sister Rosario Fontanilla for her initial appointment at Team Perio. I’m impressed their office is quiet, clean & immaculate.
We met Angela the dental assistant who is very nice, friendly & very thorough with her questions.
Then we met Dr Antoine who attended to my sister Rosario. Dr Antoine is the best doctor among all the dentist we’ve met. He is very caring, compassionate and professional.
I highly recommend the Team Perio Dental to everyone. You will not regret.
Thank you Dr Antoine & Angela for our best first day experience at the Team Perio Office. Looking forward to my sister Rosario’s next appointment.

09/09/2025 I broke a tooth on May 3, 2025 and saw my dentist (Sala Family Dentistry) on May 5 at 7 am. Dr. Dolan referred me to your office, but couldn't get through on a Monday so left a message. She gave me a discount card which indicated the whole procedure would be reduced to $2995. I didn't hear from your office, so called myself on 5/8 and made an appointment for 6/27. I received a call from your office in June informing me that the visit had to be postponed and was scheduled for 7/18. I was told there would be an additional fee of $1475 which was not covered by the coupon. I was scheduled for a pre-op phone consult on Friday the 15th at 4 pm. Someone from the Redding office called at 1:30 pm. I was with my own scheduled patients then and missed the call. The surgery was done on Thursday the 21st of August. There were no problems and I had little discomfort. On the 22nd I was to have a temporary crown placed. I was presented with a bill for $5070. When I questioned the math, it was reduced to $4470, which I paid. I was then told the temporary crown couldn't be placed. I was given a mouthguard type retainer and was refunded $500. I also paid $1140 more than the discount coupon promised which seems to be at least deceptive practice. While I am very pleased with the results of the surgery, I think you should review your internal communication practices and clarify your billing issues.
The coupon which I started with says the time between implant and final post-op would be 8-10 weeks. I was told I would be contacted after the surgery to schedule post-op, which by your advertising would have been between 10/17 and 10/31. My dentist scheduled the crown placement for December 1 as a result. On November 26 my dentist called to say I had not been cleared by Team Perio and my appointment with them would be on 12/5. I attended the appointment but was never informed of that appointment by your office. I was told I would have a follow up in two weeks, but when I came back in two weeks was told I was to return 2 weeks after the crown placement. The crown was placed on January 12 by Jason Sala, 8 months after I broke the tooth. Although I have left messages with your office to follow up I have received no response.
Although your clinical staff are very skilled, your office management would make it difficult for me to refer to your firm in the future. Your coupon advertises completion in 50% reduction in "time to teeth" which very clearly is false advertising.
